My name’s Brittany, and I am Fredericton’s Millennial real estate expert.
In the infancy of my career, I noticed a large gap in the way younger buyers and sellers wanted to receive information vs. the way information was being communicated. There was valuable real estate information that was still being kept under lock and key (or not easily accessible) because that’s the way it had always been done. I made it my mission to disrupt the industry norms and establish an online presence that was helpful to millennials buying or selling real estate by providing them with answers that may not be readily accessible otherwise.
A year-over-year award-winning professional, I specialize in online marketing and an informal yet professional communication style. During the buying and selling process, I pride myself on keeping in touch with clients and providing an experience that is seamless and thorough. I am not afraid to give hard advice and have a “people-over-profit” mentality. I view my role as an advisor, someone to look out for the best interests of my clients and direct them accordingly, rather than a salesperson.
