My name is Chris Goodwin and I want to make your real estate experience a great one.

My past experience in the service industry has given me the opportunity to meet thousands of people. Everyone has their own unique story about how they got where they are today. I have been invited to concerts, sporting events and even on a private jet by complete strangers because of the connection I made with them. I have always been curious about people and their stories, and it’s that competency that drives me – whether helping people buy Real Estate or simply lending an ear to a friend. This drive also aligns very well with this industry, where people are the commodity.

I chose Gardiner Realty because it felt like a great fit when I walked through the doors. It has that family feeling which sometimes is lacking with big companies. I also really loved that Royal LePage is Canadian-owned. The Syroid Group was another key factor in my decision. The comradery, work ethic, and philosophies they live by, and their proven track record made joining this team an easy choice.

My friends would say “what you see is what you get” with me. I am a strong family person and they mean everything to me. When I’m not selling Real Estate, I enjoy a morning round of golf in the warmer months, snowshoeing in the winter followed by a good book, listening to records or a movie, spending time with my kids, and a productive day capped off with a single malt. An old soul maybe, but I like to think I’m just a genuine guy who enjoys a good laugh and who always makes time for the important things.
